About Featurebase

We're building the next-gen support & feedback platform that's changing how modern teams like Lovable, Raycast, and n8n work. As one of the fastest-growing startups in this space, we’re looking for our first internal SEO and content person to help take it to a new level.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves writing, understands SaaS products, and gets a kick out of watching rankings climb. You’ll own everything from content execution to building backlinks and keeping our top posts fresh and performing.

What you'll do

• Own and scale our content engine – manage the blog, refresh existing content, and double down on what’s already performing
• Become our product & industry expert to write well-researched and high-quality articles, comparisons, and tutorials
• Own and execute our SEO strategy – keyword research, content briefs, optimization, tracking, and iteration
• Grow our online authority – earn high-quality mentions and backlinks through smart outreach and collaborations
• Expand our presence across the web – get Featurebase featured on relevant sites, review platforms, and Reddit threads
• Stay ahead of the AI curve – explore how LLMs surface and cite content, and help make Featurebase one of those trusted sources
• Bring your unique perspective on how to create the best educational content for product, support, and engineer teams all over the world.
