We're building the next-gen support & feedback platform that's changing how modern teams like Lovable.dev, Raycast, and Beehiiv work. As one of the fastest-growing startups in this space, we’re looking for our first internal SEO and content person to help take it to a new level.
This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, understands SaaS and technical products, and wants to own the narrative for a fast-growing startup. You’ll partner closely with our co-founder, Markus, to increase our content volume and quality across blog, social, SEO, and customer marketing. Over time, there’s room to expand into supporting product launches, shaping how we tell our product story, and a ton more.

What you'll do
- Own the content engine mainly on our blog, but also social channels, and email
- Become our product & industry expert to write well-researched and high-quality articles, comparisons, and tutorials
- Own and execute SEO strategy with support – identify target keywords, brief and manage freelancers as needed, build links, and track performance
- Bring your unique perspective on how to create the best educational content for product, support, and engineer teams all over the world.
